First Appointment – If you decide to go ahead, we’ll book your first session where we dive into your nutrition, lifestyle, and habits to create a plan that works for you.

Ongoing Support – From there, we’ll schedule follow-ups as needed, making adjustments and keeping you on track with practical, evidence-based advice.
